What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Zanora-Sydney, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you're used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 2 to 14 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, it’s possible that your order arrives later than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please email us at support@[YOUR STORE NAME].nl. We’ll investigate the status of your package right away.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
To return a product, simply contact our customer service at support@[YOUR STORE NAME].nl. Be sure to include your name, order number (e.g. #0000, found in your confirmation email), and the reason for return. We’ll then provide you with the return address and confirm the process. Once confirmed, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check the website of your preferred courier for specific pricing details.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the item. However, the return is only accepted under the following conditions: ● The return period has not yet expired;
● The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached;
● The product has not been used.
